Crazy storm in DFW last night but our rockstar clients at both locations of Grit Fitness kept their focus and worked right through it! I wanted to give a quick shout out to my 6:45 pm crew for Powerbelle (missing a pic of you, Erica - you did great!). Big thanks to my sweet running friend Lindsay from the WRRC who came to class as well. You guys were on POINT with glider burpees, super glider burps (down + plank jacks x 2 + a push up + back up!) and the Pilates "5" core work I led you through. Hope to see you all again at GRIT - Design District at another Powerbelle class or try out a REVOLUTION class for a great cardio workout!
